CVARR Treatment Workgroup Meeting

CVARR Workgroup discussions are broken up into the three CVARR focus groups: prevention, treatment, and recovery, where action plans and initiatives are brought forward, outlined, and carried out on a monthly basis.
All participants are encouraged to contribute to the completion of tasks discussed and mindfully develop long term action plans to accomplish task force goals. The Treatment Goals set by the coalition include

| Provide access to substances use treatment and recovery resources to the region’s recently released or incarcerated individuals upon re-entry into the community. | Create a resource packet to our recently released/incarcerated individuals by partnering with groups/member organizations that currently have clearances/access to jail systems and recovery houses.
Utilize groups who are entering local systems; Interfaith, Virginia Cares, LynCAG, etc. Utilize group homes; The lighthouse, Gateway, Elim Home, etc. |
