Let’s “Chalk” Wellness the week of September 6th by chalking inspirational quotes, pictures, statistics, or ways in which we care for your mental wellness. Chalk on sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, brick walls, etc. Participants should then take a picture and share their image on social media using the hashtag #LetsChalkWellnessCVA.
