CVARR's Recovery Community
Annual Walk for Recovery
The Walk for Recovery takes place annually during September’s National Recovery Month. It celebrates those in recovery from Substance Use Disorder with a symbolic event featuring a community cookout, resources, messages of healing, a walk around the park, fostering hope, solidarity, and support for those in recovery and their loved ones.
The ReCOVEry Café (“The COVE”)
The ReCOVEry Café, located at The Connecting Point on Rivermont Avenue, provides a safe, sober social space for those in recovery. This takes place every first Friday of the month featuring a community meal, fun activities, and an engaging recovery-centered theme. Join us from 5:30-7:30 at 1216 Rivermont Ave.!
