At Community Access Network, we want to see a community in which everyone has the freedom and empowerment to choose the healthcare that’s right for them and their family. We will lead the way in creating a network of healthcare providers and organizations that prioritize health and compassion over bottom lines and will work to break down the barriers that keep individuals from getting the care they deserve. We serve everyone—regardless of age or insurance status.
We want patients to understand that we—the staff, the physicians, the nurses— live, work and play in the same community as they do. When patients come to Community Access Network, they’re being treated by their neighbors, their fellow church members and those they see on the bus every morning. We want our patients to understand that their health is all that matters to us and that the quality of care they’ll receive will be consistent, courteous and compassionate.
Community Access Network’s Behavioral Health team consists of three Behavioral Health Consultants. We are Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) or Masters-level/License eligible individuals who are passionate about working with our community.
Our Behavioral Health services include:
- Brief interventions
- Solution-focused therapy
- Psychiatric medication management
- Personality pathology
- Patient de-escalation
If we are unequipped to manage a patient’s specific needs, we will refer externally on a case-by-case basis.
Our medical offices are open evening hours, and we offer same-day and walk-in services at some locations.
